What supplements are you taking daily?

Awesome mate, cheers. Will take a look. Used to Watch Elliot Hulse a while back and really like that guy’s mindset.

I have difficulties myself. It shows how much tension you have in body.

fish oil, creatine, whey protein
I take daily:
1/3 quality multi-vitamin
1 magnesium glycinate

I personally feel that is enough.

Coffee + Coffee + Coffee

Multivitamins and Ashwagandha on daily basis.
