how can i be approved to promote Venus Factor program on clickbank

Dear blackhatword,

I have subscribed to venusfactor website to be added in their white list in this link : venusfactor.com/affiliates

So hey have sent me this message

Hi,

Hey, my name is Brad Howard, and as part of the group that publishes the Venus Factor System, I want to welcome you to our partner program.

I won’t be emailing you a lot… ONLY when we have something worthwhile to share.

No matter your goal, whether it’s maximizing the dollar amount of your traffic…

… or even if you’re looking to send people to one of the best, if not THE BEST place for your subscribers and readers to take their results to the next level…

… you’re in the right place.

Rest assured that we take BOTH of these responsibilities very seriously.

After all, if we can’t maximize your dollar, we just aren’t helping enough people.

Period.

We are continuing to assemble everything you need to create effective, wallet busting campaigns, as well as continually running split tests on EVERYTHING to make damn sure we’re gobbling up every dollar we can on your behalf.

If you haven’t noticed, VF is one of the HIGHEST converting products on Clickbank.

Not only that, it PAYS OUT HIGHER.

If you need anything at all to help you create your campaigns, just reply to this email and Jackie, our superstar JV manager will get you hooked up lickety split.

Again, if you have any question at all, she either has the answer or can direct you to someone on our team that has the answer.
ALSO, before I wrap up here (and this is very important):

Venus Factor has now moved to a whitelist model to ensure our affiliates are in compliance with our Terms of Service.

In order to be approved to promote Venus Factor we require the following:

1) All potential affiliates must read, and AGREE IN WRITING to our Terms of Service to be approved before any new ID is added to the whitelist.

If you missed it, the TOS can be found on this page: venusfactor.com/affiliates/

2) Further, before we can add you to our whitelist we require that you provide us with a detailed description of your intended mode of promotion INCLUDING all urls and explanation how you’ll be sending traffic to those urls, paid media and other creative and images, networks you plan to run on, and all other specific elements pertaining to your campaigns.

3) As well, we need your Clickbank ID in order to add you to a whitelist, therefore you will need to send us that ALONG WITH your promotion specifics and agreement to comply at all times.

Please note that being added to our whitelist does not guarantee you will remain on the list moving forward. We will be routinely monitoring affiliate practices and if we find you are in breach of our Affiliate Terms of Service you will be removed from the whitelist immediately and permanently.

If you still wish to be whitelisted after reading our TOS, then simply reply back to Jackie with your agreement to the TOS stated in your own words, your complete promotion details, and your CB ID, and she will have our team add your ID within 48 hours.

Please note that any application not including all of these THREE requirements will not be considered further.

Once you are whitelisted you will receive a confirmation email from Clickbank at the email address you used to register with Clickbank. You should then be able to send traffic to us through your regular Clickbank hoplink.

So go ahead and reply with the 3 items listed above and Jackie will get you hooked up.

Cheers

i’ve replied them that my traffic are coming from youtube and i’m making videos giving advices and techniques for proper eating habits and exercises for weight loss ,and i added all my urls that send the traffic to their website in the message including my clickbank id

So they replied me back and said that I did not provided the statement as requested in stipulation #1.
i don?t understand how can I provide the statement as requested in stipulation #1

thank you

1) All potential affiliates must read, and AGREE IN WRITING to our Terms of Service to be approved before any new ID is added to the whitelist.

If you missed it, the TOS can be found on this page: venusfactor.com/affiliates/

just simply state in your email that you have read and agreed to the Terms of Service found on this page: venusfactor.com/affiliates

Getting approval is similar to any established affiliate platform.

In regards to gaining approval you missed this one point: 1) All potential affiliates must read, and AGREE IN WRITING to our Terms of Service to be approved before any new ID is added to the whitelist.

So in contrast did you happen to send them a signed copy of their terms of service?

so should i replaying them back by saying this in the email :
i have read and agreed to the terms of service found on this page: venusfactorcom/affiliates
or should i print it out in a paper and and sign it and send a scanned copy to them via email
I got approved without asking, but they have a high refunds rate.
so what should i write in the message for the agreement to the TOS
i can say “-I have read and agreed to the terms of service found on this page: venusfactorcom/affiliates”
that’s it ?
Just promote programs you don’t need to be approved for instead. Seems pretty easy.
Now they require to see your ad copy, keywords and landers.
Now they require to see your ad copy, keywords and landers.

that makes it easy for them to copy and do it themselves…

move on with a new product it is not worth it… if they just steal your trial/error

i found those guys quite unserious.
I had spent a few money on bing sending them quite a few traffic (with no sales) and with transparent ad copy, no breaking their restrictions apparently as i try to do all the time.

Bit later I found out they had deactivated my hoplinks & didn t allow me to promote their offer anymore with ZERO advice from their side although I was registered to their mailing list as an affiliate.

Happy to know they have high refund rates, no serious at all.

That’s the reason they need to approve and monitor affiliates, to try to keep their refund rates in check before they are banned from CB. Doubt the problem is from the affiliates’ side though…

high refund rates, no?

funny… I think I have read somewhere in bhw about another weight loss product… (saying) that the guys on venus factor are sending traffic over to them… because their product was better… lol

i think it was fat diminisher… lol

I got approved without asking, but they have a high refunds rate.

Just out of curiosity, what refund rate were you getting with it?
